The APEX team within Lockheed Martin SSC’s Mission Solutions business area is looking for a Technical Writer to support our Agile Teams of Software and Systems Engineers in support of our programs and R&D efforts. As a member of a high-performing team the selected candidate must be passionate about their trade, focused on mission and system quality, and supportive of timely delivery of features and capabilities.

Experience or education in any of the following
technologies/skills: User Manual, Release Notes,
Proposals, Interface Control Documents, Editing,
Templates, and presentations.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information.

This position is in beautiful Boulder, Colorado location which has numerous amenities such as a fitness center, daily rotating food trucks, and a collaborative and modern agile work space.

Basic Qualifications:
A degree from an accredited college in English, technical writing, computer information technology, or a related field.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information,
including US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance required for this role.
Desired Skills:
PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word Knowledge.

Ability to write clear, concise and detailed descriptive
documents.

Ability to translate technical aspects to documents.

Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent
written and oral skills.

Problem solving skills.

Strong organizational skills - attentive to details.

Ability to demonstrate a commitment to personal and
corporate excellence, ethical behavior and integrity.

Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt and change to
meet customer requirements.
