Contract Administration in the RMS IWSS Line of Business, Advanced Product Solutions Market Segment, Lasers & Sensors Program Area. Work will include cradle to grave contract work including proposals, fact find, negotiation, administration and closeout. Also special agreements will be proposed, negotiated and administered such as Proprietary Information Agreements, Bailment Agreements, Special License Agreements and more. Serve as the primary interface for the Customer. Customers include all branches of the Government, Prime Contractors, other Lockheed Martin Companies and international customers.
Basic Qualifications:
This position is for a contract professional to support
the capture efforts, contract administration, and learn
to lead contract negotiations of proposals and

The qualified individual must be able to establish
effective working relationships and communications
with all internal and external customers and possess
excellent business acumen.

Possess the ability to interpret RFPs and contract
terms, develop contract positions as they relate to
risks and identify opportunities.

Ability to comprehend financial and business
concepts. Handle multiple assignments while
achieving program commitments. Experience with proposal preparation; coordinating and participating
in management reviews; proposal submission; fact-finding; contract negotiations, contract award and

Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power
Point with ability to grasp other software applications
required to perform job duties.

Excellent written and oral communication skills;
should be detail and teamwork oriented with
excellent organizational skills.

Able to travel domestic and/or internationally when
required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.

Bachelors degree with equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience.

Ability to obtain a secret clearance (US citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Lockheed Martin Contracts processes
and computer applications.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high value
customer relationships. Maintain versatility and
flexibility in demanding situations.

Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive teaming

Experience interpreting and negotiating standard
USG FAR/DFARS regulation and/or Direct Commercial
Sale terms and conditions with foreign
