Technical Assistant to the Vice President of Corporate Compensation & Performance Management

Description:Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Compensation & Performance Management, the Technical Assistant (TA) supports the VP in managing day-to-day operations. This position is a highly facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and adaptability, as well as a level of comfort playing an active behind the scenes role. As one of the Vice President’s “trusted advisors”, the position requires a highly resourceful individual that is motivated and tactful.

More specifically you will:
• Serve as link between the VP and the Leadership Team, working to implement the C&PM strategy, solve problems and deal with sensitive issues
• Develop executive communications for internal and external presentations
• Manage HRLT & ELT presentation schedule and help prepare materials for reviews
• Support development of Corporate Communications and oversee approval process
• Support corporate metric reporting and the management of action items/data requests
• Manage departmental budget and work with Finance to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare engaging content and help facilitate Leadership and All Hands Meetings
• Serve as key POC for year-end integrated calendar
• Anticipate VP needs and proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration
• Influence team members to meet delivery milestones, while building positive relationships
• Work on varied ad hoc projects that require coordination across the organization
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong interest in Compensation & Performance Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills
• High level of professional credibility and integrity
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Desired Skills:
• Previous educational focus in Business, Finance, Economics or Human Resources.
