Job Responsibilities
Description:Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst Sr Stf to join our exceptional Small Business Programs team. In this role, you will assist in supporting the corporation’s small business program including:
• This individual will also serve as the Lockheed Martin Department of Defense Comprehensive Subcontract Plan (CSP) Deputy Administrator and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the plan, provide leadership and direction of the small business program at the corporate level
• Duties of the Deputy CSP Administrator include, but are not limited to coordinating across the corporation’s network of small business liaison officers and providing advocacy for small business program objectives
• Oversee supplier marketing strategy to effectively maximize small business’s opportunity to compete for future opportunities
• Represent the corporation in small business related matters; Cultivate positive relationships with federal agencies, customers and advocacy groups that promote small business
• Participate in key associations, workshops, and supplier outreach conferences;
• Prepare for and negotiate annual CSP Proposal including corporate-wide subcontracting goals and objectives with business areas;
• Ensure CSP reporting as required is submitted by scheduled deadlines;
• Lead in preparing and execution of the annual DCMA 640 audit.
• Identifies, leads, and/or supports strategic initiatives and communications to help Lockheed Martin achieve its small business goals by maximizing the corporation’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives.
• Develop, analyze and recommend key internal metrics and improvements for small business practices, trends and results
• Recommend changes to company policies to ensure compliance with the requirements of FAR Part 19
• Heavily engaged and responsible for driving standards and streamlining our approach to compliance in partnership with 1LMX in preparation for our transition execution
• This individual will ensure that all required government reporting is submitted on time and is accurate and complete
• Serve as administrator for small business tools such as CVM and Podio
• Performs all other position-related duties as assigned or requested
• Will require approximately 10-20% travel
Basic Qualifications:
• Working knowledge in Government subcontracting, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); Experience developing and giving presentations to leadership and groups
• Internal and external relationship building
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated initiative in managing a high volume of competing priorities in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment; Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Must be detail-oriented, able to work individually or collaboratively on a team, and have a proactive and positive outlook

Desired Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of LM Corp Docs, Acquisition Procedures and the ability to translate the government regulations into
• Ability to draft processes, procedures, unique contract provisions and other documents as may be required
• Working knowledge of Small Business Subcontracting Plans, Small Business Program Reviews with DCMA and SBA, and CPSR requirements, and international acquisition regulations
• Government customer relations
• Government reporting and forecasting experience, including: Comprehensive Subcontracting Plan, Individual Subcontracting Plan, Individual Subcontracting Reports
• Experience delivering speeches, presentations and training to large audiences
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex terms
• Familiarity with internal procurement systems (P2P, OneAero, P1S, ECE, CVM)
• Change management leadership
• Small Business Programs experience
• Working knowledge in government subcontracting, FAR & CFR application, small business requirements
• Proficient with technology including eSRS, SAM, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $122,000 - $211,485. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
