The Information and Technology organization is seeking a driven and dedicated senior level planning and operations representative to support the Lockheed Center for Leadership Excellence in Bethesda, MD.

Key areas of support include:

•Works independently and unsupervised to ensure all program requirements and client requests are facilitated to Lockheed Martin standards.

•Makes decisions on own as it relates to client requests and satisfaction.

•Supervises contractors during set up and operation of basic / small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment.

•This position partners with the Lockheed Martin operations team to ensure 4-diamond hospitality standards are met by the hospitality contractor.

•Meets with guests onsite to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment setup is working properly.

•Collaborates with internal team on event solutions pre-event and during event to ensure the best possible customer experience.

•Manages all aspects of small-to-large scale audio-visual productions/conferences, high-profile executive meetings and other assigned events on behalf of the CLE.

•Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed on the event orders for each conference.

•Assumes the role of the main point of communication between the internal client and the hospitality contractor.

•Accountable for the overall success of multiple events at the same time.

•Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.

•Professional business acumen and awareness of individual needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly.

•Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
•In-depth understanding of how to bridge the gap between a technical and non-technical audience while delivering world class customer service.
•Ability to translate customer requirements into an actionable plan to execute within the framework of the conference center’s audio visual systems.
•Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with people at varying professional levels including the ability to interface with senior leadership.
•Demonstrated computer and troubleshooting skills
•Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment
•Demonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical requirements with business needs.
•High-level support for demonstrations and customer engagement environments, which requires interfacing with external customers and government officials.
•Demonstrated experience providing technology support in a large conference center environment.
•Demonstrated experience supporting audiovisual technology that includes but is not limited to Crestron control systems and matrix switchers, Cisco video teleconferencing codecs and cameras, Biamp Tesira audio processing software.
•Demonstrated experience supporting collaboration technology that includes but is not limited to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype
•Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication
Desired Skills:
•Multimedia production technologies such as TriCaster encoders and Qumu enterprise video platform
•Working knowledge of camera and lighting techniques

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
