Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for regulatory compliance and a drive to lead a team to excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Corporate LM Supply Chain Operations team as a Regulatory Compliance Manager. In this critical role, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our organization by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance processes that ensure our supply chain activities are conducted with the highest level of integrity and adherence to government regulations and company policies.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead and chair the Acquisition Compliance Excellence (ACE) Council, facilitating the development and maintenance of the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAPs), and Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP)
• Oversee the management and maintenance of other international acquisition councils to ensure their smooth operation, with support from the team
• Analyze and interpret complex statutory, regulatory, prime contract, policy, and procedural requirements, including applicable federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, ITAR), and effectively translate them into clear and concise instructions
• Establish, implement, and maintain Supply Chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations, and Corporate requirements
• Oversee the review of procurement and Corporate Agreement packages to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing real-time training and feedback to buyers for continuous improvement
• Ensure timely completion of subcontract reviews, with adequate turnaround times, and maintain sufficient coverage to support review needs on an ongoing basis
• Support Business Area Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) performed by DCMA as well as other internal/external audits
• Collaborate and interface with various stakeholders, including government agencies, Procurement, Business Area Supply Chain organizations, Legal, and other functional teams, to address and resolve acquisition compliance issues and questions from internal and external customers
• Identify and collaborate on Supply Chain process improvements supporting increased efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
• Contribute to quality standards by publishing compliance metrics that would assist all supply chain personnel in understanding key issues reported by Compliance
• Drive standards and streamline our approach to compliance in partnership with 1LMX in preparation for our transition execution

Who are you:
You are a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance and/or supply chain operations. You have:
• A understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS) and supply chain acquisition policies/procedures/processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex statutory and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and direct a team to achieve compliance excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and interface with various stakeholders
• A strong attention to detail and a talent for identifying and mitigating risks
• A passion for driving process improvements and contributing to quality standards
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in or with Supply Chain Compliance or procurement
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain acquisition procedures and processes
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex government regulations into clear and concise language for executive stakeholders and other groups
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, government agencies, and/or industry partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems, with a focus on driving business results and achieving goals
• Initiative, and professionalism, with a proactive and positive approach to work and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
Desired Skills:
• Ability to draft processes and procedures
• Experience with government customer relations, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies
• Experience with audit, including the ability to prepare for and respond to audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with internal procurement systems (LMP2P, OneAero, P1S, ECE)
• Familiarity with web-based tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms
• Proven experience as a decision maker, with the ability to weigh options, consider multiple perspectives, and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $122,000 - $211,485. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
