Job Responsibilities
Description:Join Innovation & Technology Solutions’ (ITS) mission to deliver secure, intelligent, and cost-efficient IT and cybersecurity capabilities that drive operational excellence, resilience, and business value across Lockheed Martin. More specifically, the strategic imperatives of the IT Health Program are to provide greater visibility into the health of the LM IT Infrastructure, insert advancing technologies (i.e. Artificial Intelligence (AI)) within the IT and Cyber delivery lifecycles and enable the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and achieve our goals. In partnership with the Program Management and Business Operations Director, seeking an IT Health Program Manager to serve as the central point of responsibility for the success of the program.
As the IT Health Program Manager, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical execution of the IT Health Program including establishing the program baseline, driving execution, leading ongoing reporting rhythms and ensuring delivery of intended business value. Building and leveraging strong partnerships and relationships within and external to the program team, deliverables include:
• Visibility: Health indicators, maturity model and digital dashboards; the As-Deployed IT Model / Digital Baseline, and mature asset lifecycle management practices and procedures
• Humans Over the Loop: AI agents and assistants, bots/Robotic Process Automation (RPA), self-healing systems, automated monitoring and alerts and process optimization
• Culture: Communications / Change Management campaigns and data-driven decision matrices
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Provide guidance, direction, leadership, training, and mentoring on the overall IT Health Program strategy to include technical direction and expected business outcomes
• Ensure the IT Health Program strategy is in alignment with overall business strategies and mission priorities.
• Develop and maintain programmatic artifacts including work objectives and metrics/measures, staffing and resource plans, integrated program planning artifacts, risk and opportunity management, and cost account management
• Support the development and/or review of technical and governance solutions, standards and proposals
• Demonstrate strong full-spectrum leadership capabilities and behaviors
• Excel in program and project execution, driving successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain expertise in cutting-edge IT technologies, tools, and capabilities
• Foster meaningful and productive relationships with stakeholders and employees
• Stay ahead of the curve with a keen understanding of business and mission priorities

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong Project/Program Management experience, planning and monitoring projects using Agile/Scrum/DevOps principles
• Proven project management skills and business acumen, (managing budget, schedule and personnel), ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, and ability to balance requirements with business needs and affordability
• Demonstrated management of an application portfolio or program
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret program metrics to make appropriate adjustments
• Proven effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others to gain support
• Demonstrated experience of effective interaction with all levels of the organization including Senior/Executive level
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Proven customer integration/support experience
• Effective communication skills written, verbal and presentation
• Proven effective detail oriented organizational skills
• Previous successful leadership or experience in Risk and Opportunity Management
• Familiarity with enterprise-level system deployments
• Experience leading large scale process improvement activities/initiatives
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
• Experience with talent resource management
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members
• Technical knowledge confirmed by technical leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience as an effective relationship builder with ability to be inclusive and lead a diverse team to solve enterprise-level problems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel as required
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin, Enterprise Operations and/or Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation (EBDT)
• Domain experience within IT and Cyber systems/services
• Demonstrated experience in Control Account Management role
• Experience analyzing and assisting in the creation of business cases that demonstrate a return on investment
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and measurements
• Internal or external project/program management certifications
• Experience ensuring the overall health of a portfolio in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Demonstrated management of a varied application portfolio, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Configurable Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), and custom software development

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $158,800 - $275,195. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $138,100 - $243,455. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
