Description:Responsible for serving as a consultant for diversity and inclusion strategies and priorities at multiple levels including at the Enterprise, Business Area, specific function, department and key stakeholder levels as a member of the Corporate Diversity & Inclusion team.
The role will have a priority focus of ensuring the delivery, advancement and integration of inclusive learning and diversity & inclusion training and education approaches that elevate the value proposition of diversity & inclusion and drive desired behaviors at the employee and leader level, in support of creating a culture of inclusion. The role is charged with aligning efforts to broader business objectives of the enterprise, each Business Area, Lockheed Martin's Human Capital/People Strategy and to our Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Responsibilities include serving as a lead/ in a collaborative role to implement employee engagement focused efforts including by serving as a member of the Leadership Council of Community and ERG initiatives, partnering in support of awards and nominations plans, and implementing programs and initiatives supporting the advancement of Lockheed Martin's brand with key external partners.The role will also be responsible for cross team collaboration efforts where the intersection of roles creates logical partnership opportunities to be leveraged.
The role will be responsible for partnering with Equity & Compliance, EEO Investigations and Diversity Outreach to integrate their annual priorities into broader diversity and inclusion priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

-Minimum of 5 years of proven success in Diversity & Inclusion, including in successfully delivering diversity and inclusion strategies and plans in a large corporation/organization
