Corporate Technology Integration Lead

Description:The candidate selected for this position will provide portfolio leadership and expertise in support of the Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering, Technology and Operations (CETO) Mission Development and Integration (MDI) organization. The candidate will provide capability-informed inputs for corporate Independent Research and Development (IRAD) project planning and development, shaping key requirements, and developing a vision for integration, test, and demonstration of enabled capabilities as an enterprise thought leader on connecting projects across the entire corporate portfolio. Candidate will partner with corporation-wide mission and operations analysis, strategy and business development, and engineering and technology teams to shape project-to-project interfaces and IRAD transition pathways.

The position requires analyzing enterprise mission needs, requirements, and technology solution maturity to identify concepts of operation, high-level system architectures, and new concept definition to develop, integrate, align, and demonstrate joint all-domain, tech-enabled capabilities. The candidate will lead cross Business Area teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of activities that validate internal technology investments to key stakeholders. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment, leadership, or preparation of system integration and test plans. The candidate will participate in and lead short to long-term assignments working amongst a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with enterprise program personnel, government leaders, and senior executives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams
• Experience interacting with U.S. Government leadership
• Project Management experience
• Experience employing systems engineering practices
• Integration and test of defense systems
• Critical thinker able to analyze and synthesize data, assess and identify trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively amongst cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex matters into executive level summaries
Desired Skills:
• Familiar with the operational environment of the DoD
• Knowledge of national and international security priorities and decision-making processes
• Leadership of complete integration and test planning and execution
• Experience developing integration and test approaches and system-of-system architectures
• Experience demonstrating capabilities with customers
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to build consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to respond to quickly shifting internal priorities
• TS/SCI clearance
