Description:Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications/Creative Director, this position is responsible for creating written and visual to support employee communications planning and implementation. This individual will also support other projects as required by business demands.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of business priorities and objectives; have a proven track record of developing strategic, integrated communications; possess superior writing skills to tell a creative story; the ability to determine how information could be visualized; and effectively interface with other communications leaders. The successful candidate will also excel at managing multiple deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement proactive and strategic integrated communications in support of a variety of company programs and initiatives
• Engage employees through credible, reliable, measurable communications programs that support business objectives.
• Provide leaders with information to help them communicate effectively with their teams.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with business functions as necessary to develop communications plans and materials.
• Collaborate with business area communicators and functional leaders to ensure consistent implementation across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with Marketing Communications, , Media Relations, Executive Communications, International Communications, business area Communications teams and other internal stakeholders as needed to achieve effective integrations for plan-specific objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent strategist with keen creative instincts and expertise influencing leadership thinking in strategic communication and issues management.
• Prior experience planning and developing employee-focused communications.
• Journey-level experience – candidate is skilled and able to schedule and arrange their own activities to meet objectives, but not yet a master.
Desired Skills:
• Minimum of three years superior writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways.
• Quick study with an attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Motivated self-starter with project management skills who works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Passion for engaging employees
• Familiarity with contemporary communications trends and industry techniques, including media and visual storytelling
• Understanding of analytics and analysis to influence strategic decisions and direction
