Description:Agile Transformation coach to join the Agile Management Office assigned to the Rotary Mission System IT BA. Agile coach will bring transformation coaching experience and lead mission critical transformation initiatives, in addition the coach will deliver Agile and SAFe training, establish teams on JIRA and other Agile tool and work side by side with other coaches to refine coaching techniques and approaches.
Basic Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of SAFe
- Expert level domain knowledge in JIRA
- A SAFe Certification
- Experience as an Expert Agile Transformation coach with end to end transformation expertise and specialty in Agile scaling (preferably in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework, or SAFe)
- Proven coaching, training, mentoring skillset on Lean Agile and related concepts, at the Enterprise/ Executive, Portfolio, Solution, and Product Delivery levels of the organization
- Expert facilitation skills for large room/ virtual training sessions and workshops, such as Product Definition, Roadmap, Value Stream Mapping, Visioning, etc.
- Ability to provide thought leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, and process improvement
- Expertise and experience working with organizational leadership in defining/ guiding operating model, organizational design and mitigating transformational impediments
Desired Skills:
- Practical experience implementing software engineering practices such as Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Extreme Programming (XP), DevSecOps, and corresponding tools
- Industry Coaching Certifications, such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) - preferred, ICAgile, Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), or Scrum@Scale
- Delivered SAFe training
- Consulting experience leading or key contribution to multiple large scale transformations
- Experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed Agile environment, such as on-site / off-shore model
- Published white papers relevant to industry and/or speaker at Agile conferences
