Description:Join Lockheed Martin’s digital transformation journey as a Plan to Perform (PLP) Design and Build Analyst on the 1LMX Program as we accelerate the OneLM Mission-Driven Transformation. This Oracle EPM Functional Contract Status Report (CSR) Application Design and Build Analyst reports to the Financial Transformation and Systems (FT&S) organization directly to the LM Financials Manager within the Plan to Perform (PLP) Value Stream. This role will focus on leading Contract Status Report (CSR) Application Design and Build. In addition, this person will update and harmonize Command Media and Program Finance processes pertaining to CSR. As part of LM's overall strategic Business Transformation and Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative, this position plays a significant role in evolving our FP&A and Program Finance capabilities, reshaping operations, and converting Business Area’s to new tools and processes for Quarterly CSR’s.
This role will be central to establishing and executing an overall vision for the CSR system and process, capitalizing on BA best practices and interfacing of data across systems. This Functional Lead will partner cross-functionally with the 1LMX technical team and Oracle EPM CSR Product Owner to build the future of how all Lockheed Martin BA’s will perform Program Finance and FP&A related processes and ensure the LM Financials Tool is effectively designed and Business Areas are converted successfully. This Functional Lead will drive organizational change while balancing multiple stakeholder priorities and will interact with all levels of leadership to ensure a successful CSR Tool is implemented and maintained.

The role includes the following:
• Design & Build for LM Financials CSR within the Plan to Perform value stream, including Requirements definition, Functional Specification authoring, and process flow documentation.
• Understand the impact of North Stars/Monuments on CSR Application business process design and ensures the CSR Tool and Reporting meets the functional and compliance requirements.
• In depth process knowledge with an understanding of cross-value stream requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. with an understanding of BA and Corporate business processes.
• Ability to foster cross-organizational collaboration to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.
• Oversees the CSR development for F&BO and facilitates, manages, and documents business process design.
• Engages cross functionally and cross value stream with other process owners, functional council, and leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution.
• Empowered to make timely decisions regarding the CSR application.
• Works closely with Implementation Partners in IT and data architects to identify necessary process modifications, data transformations/exchanges, and appropriate deployment/use of application capabilities.
• Collaborates with all Business Areas to ensure quality conversion guidance is provided.
• Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is required.

Preference is candidates will be close to a major LM facility and willing to travel for business needs as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Program Finance, or Finance & Business Operations Professional with deep understanding of Quarterly Financial Reconciliation / P&L EAC.
• Forward Looking Thinker, growth mindset, change agent
• Experience with large integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
• Understand transformation objectives and how to align future state processes to achieve business outcomes
Desired Skills:
• Ability to quickly assimilate into new role and make an impact; existing understanding of Hyperion Applications
• Experience in Finance disciplines (Program finance, PPM, Pricing/Estimating, FP&A, Contracts, or Billing) and Toolsets (SAP, Hyperion / Oracle EPM, Cobra, ROADS)
• Ability to differentiate between BA and customer wants vs needs
• Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and support including executive stakeholder management
• Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
