The Financial & Business Operations Organization is hiring the Acquire to Retire (A2R) Value Stream Product Owner (VSPO) who will be responsible for overseeing the 1LMX build, delivery, and Operations & Management (O&M) of systems and processes for the Capital, Overhead, Property Management, Asset Accounting, and Lease Lifecycle Management teams under the Acquire to Retire (A2R) value stream. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the LM F&BO processes, 1LMX system landscape, and compliance requirements. This role will help lead a large team across the enterprise to achieve the 1LMX North Stars, Monuments, and build decisions to achieve a 1LMX environment. Task of the build teams include but are not limited to capture requirements through FWRICE (agile term for types of functional specifications/business requirements), configuration, testing, training, command media, process flows, security roles, personas, user experience, compliance, and agile ceremonies. This role will partner across the enterprise including external vendors, consultants, domestic and international businesses.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the 1LMX A2R Value Stream Product Owner (VSPO), you will be central to establishing and executing an overall vision for the value stream capitalizing on best practices and guiding activities. The A2R VSPO will partner with cross-functional teams as well as the technical team to build the future of how Lockheed Martin will perform processes. The A2R VSPO will drive organizational change while balancing multiple stakeholder priorities and will interact with all levels of leadership.
You will be key in implementing the overall 1LMX vision for Acquire to Retire, capitalizing on best practices, and guiding activities. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
• Leads the A2R value stream through OneLM Build and Implementation
• Understands the impact of North Stars/Monuments on business process design for value stream and ensures the Build meets the functional requirements.
• In depth process knowledge with an understanding of cross-value stream requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. with an understanding of BA and Corporate business processes
• Ability to foster cross-organizational collaboration to meet both tactical and strategic objectives
• Oversees the Agile Team within their function and facilitates/manages business process design
• Engages cross functionally with process owners, functional council, and executive leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution
• Empowered to make timely decisions.
• Works closely with business transformation leads, IT solution architects and data architects to identify necessary process modifications, data transformations/exchanges, and appropriate deployment/use of application capabilities.
• Maintain current state baseline in the O&M environment
Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship due to data restrictions. Candidates should expect to travel to support on-site business needs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $158,800 - $275,195. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $138,100 - $243,455. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
