Aircraft Mechanic 3 (Maintenance Administrator)

Description:Preform as apart of the Beaufort maintenance team as a Maintenance Administrator for F-35 STOVL; Uses advance Fifth Generation aircraft management tools “Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)” to screen work-orders for proper documentation in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the submission of Action Request (ARs) into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and process Electronic Equipment Logs (EELs) in Supply Chain Management (SCM). Responsible for aircraft and engine accounting procedures and continually upkeep the accuracy of the F-35 Aircraft Electronic Logbook of associated EELs in accordance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP). Processing of engine Transaction reports (ETRs), End of the Quarter (EOQ) reports, Quarterly Hours in Life (QHIL) reports, and Aircraft Inventory Readiness and Reporting System (AIRRS) data into appropriate Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis Integrated Data Environment (NALDAIDE). Maintain the flight log, and all correspondence files for aircraft and engine data.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and interim prior to start.

*Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
•Must have experience with fighter aircraft as a maintenance administrator.
•Validates work orders and assigns tasks in the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), OMMA or NALCOMIS
•Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
Experience working with F35 aircraft and ALIS as a Maintenance Administrator.
Previous experience working in a joint military environment.
