Description:Our Enterprise Transformation Team (1LMX) is seeking a Sustainment ERP Build Team Software Architect .

The core responsibilities for this role are based on a broad knowledge of IT and include, but are not limited to the following:
• Overall software design authority for 1LMX ERP Sustainment and MRO systems
• Drives DevOps concepts including development standards, tools, pipelines, and extension methods; works with IT software architects across the various product teams to ensure concepts are understood and followed
• Collaborates closely with 1LMX ERP Chief Solution Architect on overall lifecycle
management including processes and work instructions, standards and guidelines and quality gates to deliver a robust, stable system
• Assists IT software architects and developers with complex design decisions,
product evaluations, or other technical obstacles • Works with A2R teams to identify development skillsets required; support staffing plans, and define training pipelines
• Collaborates with partner technology teams to accomplish goals (IOF, ACOE, CDAO, etc.)
• Maintains a comprehensive view of the products used in the 1LMX ERP & Sustainment architecture (S/4HANA, SAC, Ariba, etc.)
• Leads software development scoping and Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of
data processing equipment.
• Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
• Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program
development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Ensures software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications:
You should possess the following qualifications for this role:
• Proven SAP design and development experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA systems for large scale implementations
• Experience with classic SAP tools/skills such as ABAP, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), ALV, Forms, ALE/IDOC, RFC/BAPI, BADI/enhancements, Workflow, LSMW/LTMC
• Demonstrated knowledge of current SAP tools/skills such as Fiori Launchpad and Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, Javascript, GIT, WebIDE/BAS and other SAP technologies
• Working knowledge of databases/data services tools such as HANA Studio, HANA tables/views, CDS Views, OData services
• Demonstrated experience with managing RICEFW objects for a large implementation setting
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging end user issues, using SAP Notes and SAP One support platform, SAP Community Network for research
• US Citizenship is required as you will be accessing DoD systems related to our Nations Defense.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

• Due to systems access, a US Citizen is required for this role
• Supports the development team during PI planning; participates in reviewing and
approving team objectives; participates in and provide inputs into wall walks
• Coordinate inter-sprint technical dependencies
• Minimizes obsolescence risk by staying abreast of new SAP technology via courses and self learning

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, and New York is $142,100 - $267,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
