Job Responsibilities

Job ID: 733564BR Date posted: Jun. 29, 2026
Description:The defense industry is undergoing rapid transformation, with increasing global complexity and evolving security demands redefining what it takes to compete. Organizations are under growing pressure to deliver with both precision and speed while adapting in real time. Success requires more than incremental improvement; it demands the ability to build capability, scale performance, and drive meaningful change across the enterprise.
The selected candidate will serve as the Global Supply Chain business owner for the RISE tool, providing leadership for governance, adoption, and day-to-day business integration across the organization.

This role will function as the primary point of contact for SIOP-related matters (sales, inventory, operations and planning) within Global Supply Chain and will serve as a critical interface between business stakeholders and the Digital Technologies team.

The role will require close partnership across a matrixed organization, including collaboration with supply chain stakeholders, SIOP, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be an influential change champion who can define what good looks like, coach stakeholders on effective use of the tool, and drive execution through strong communication, accountability, and influence without direct authority.

We operate at the forefront of a cultural shift toward agility, accountability, and performance excellence. Our ambition is to become the enterprise’s partner of choice—delivering measurable impact and enabling sustained performance in support of mission-critical outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience serving as a business owner, superuser, subject matter expert, or lead for a digital tool, platform, or system
• Experience working across technical and business teams to translate operational needs into functional or technical requirements
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment and serving as a central point of contact for business processes or tool-related matters
• Demonstrated experience in governance, process compliance, data quality, or business system stewardship
• Experience driving user adoption, enablement, training, or change management for new tools, systems, or processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, or workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, clean, normalize, or improve business data for accuracy and usability
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting supply chain, supplier management, SIOP, planning, or related operational functions
• Experience interfacing with Digital Technologies, IT, digital product teams, or developers to support tool enhancements and business integration
• Knowledge of developing and emerging AI technologies, including AI-enabled tools, copilots, or agent creation
• Experience serving as a product translator between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience defining governance standards, operating rhythms, or business expectations for digital tool usage
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change champion and influence adoption across stakeholder groups
• Experience holding stakeholders accountable to data maintenance, compliance, and process adherence expectations
• Project management experience, including coaching others on project management disciplines and driving execution consistency
• Ability to establish what good looks like and operationalize that standard through structure, communication, and follow-through
• Familiarity and prior experience in using SIOP tools including SAP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis, etc.
