You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Strategy Senior Manager for our Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive supply chain excellence for major missile systems, ensuring resilience, affordability, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Business Strategy Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance, drive sales growth, and ensure long-term sustainability. You will be a leader of leaders, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring team members to achieve exceptional results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing business strategy for supply chain, including proposal strategy, sales, cost account management, and affordability
• Creating and executing proposal strategies that result in executable contracts with strategic vision for supply chain resilience
• Developing affordability strategies that meet customer requirements and ensure long-term sustainability
• Forecasting and meeting sales commitments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, quality, and operations
• Providing leadership and guidance to team members, including mentoring, coaching, and career development

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies for supply chain management, including proposal strategy, sales, and affordability.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of program managers and subcontract administrators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Experience with people leadership, business management, supply chain management, and/or proposal management.
Desired Skills:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with missile systems or defense industry
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• CAM certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
