Job ID: 566589BR Date posted: Aug. 17, 2021 Locations: Arlington, Virginia; Herndon, Virginia; King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Littleton, Colorado; Moorestown, New Jersey; Orlando, Florida; Sunnyvale, California Description:The candidate selected for this position will provide system-of-systems (SoS) architecture and analysis support to Mission Development & Integration (MDI) for the development of new Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) kill chains to close priority operational gaps. Responsibilities include providing supporting SoS analysis (timeline analysis, error sensitivity, comms analysis, etc.) to mission capability roadmapping teams, leading a diverse group of SMEs from across the enterprise to develop OneLM concepts and architectures, and working with BAs and other Corporate E&T portfolio managers to mature the state of SoS integration to align with the 21st Century Warfare vision. This position will be responsible for building a network of reachback support across the enterprise to draw on for expertise and analysis support. Candidate will partner with corporation-wide operations analysis and engineering and technology teams to shape project-to-project interfaces and IRAD transition pathways.

The position requires analyzing enterprise mission needs, requirements, and technology solution maturity to identify concepts of operation, high-level system architectures, and new concept definition to develop, integrate, align, and demonstrate joint all-domain, tech-enabled capabilities. The candidate will lead cross Business Area teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of activities that validate internal technology investments to key stakeholders. In this position, the selected candidate will shape system development and implementation planning through assessment and peer leadership. The candidate will lead short to long-term assignments working amongst a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with enterprise program personnel, government leaders, and senior executives.

This position can be located anywhere near a secure LM facility. Ability to travel once a month.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience working directly
on SoS or systems integration programs.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams.
• Experience interacting with U.S. Government
Desired Skills:
• Experience integrating with space assets.
• Familiarity with the DoD Architecture
Framework (DoDAF).
• Experience with systems architecture modeling
tools such as Cameo.
• Familiar with the operational environment of
the DoD.
• Strong diplomatic leadership skills – must be
able to build consensus among a group of
stakeholders with diverse interests.
• Ability to respond to quickly shifting internal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
