You will be a Planning, Production Control Associate Manager for our Circuit Card Assembly Operations at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility in Archbald, PA.

What You Will Be Doing


As a Production Control Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include:



  • Leadership and performance of multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping
  • Ensure production systems integrity and drive inventory optimization to minimize cost

  • Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence. Candidate will present the team’s performance in Program, Customer, and Operations Leadership reviews as required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.


Basic Qualifications:
• Operations leadership experience
• Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures
• Inventory Management Experience
• Familiarity with capacity planning and MRP; Experience with SAP or equivalent MRP/ERP
• Card shop experience and understanding of circuit card assembly processes
• Experience reporting cost, schedule, and technical data/results to various levels of leadership, internal and external
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience utilizing Apriso
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledgeable on data analytics/tools
• Strong background in all processes of Business Operations
• Risk identification and management experience
• Green Belt Certification
• Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Exempt employees
• Talent development and mentoring/coaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills
• Problem Solving: Candidate willing to proactively engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
