Description:Lockheed Martin Archbald is a full-service Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility that provides design, manufacturing, engineering & field service support for both domestic and international customers. In addition to being the home for the Precision Guided Systems and Navy Electronic Systems product lines, more than 500 employees manufacture assemblies for many other Lockheed Martin products. For over 70 years we have successfully produced safety-critical systems for nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, & commercial nuclear power plants while also producing air-to-ground weapon and training systems for the US Military and international allied customers. What You Will Be Doing

Selected candidate will do performance cost analysis including cost & schedule management, cost prevention, and proposal cost estimating. Candidate will prepare baseline spend plans and analyze daily, weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs), Hours per Unit (HPU) charts, manpower detail reports, and document variance analysis and cost impacts to programs. Also, will be responsible for preparing monthly program cost, earned value inputs and analysis, and performance impacts to Functional managers and Program Managers as well as supporting quarterly Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts and program spend plan updates. Will support Proposal activities and will support preparation and back-up to all functional basis of estimates (BOE’s). Will support all site LOB contracts as well as may be required to support, interface, and/or travel to other LM sites to support their programs.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business/Finance, or other related discipline.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance so must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a production environment.

Familiarity with cost management / estimating / proposals for manufacturing.

Familiarity with standard time application, learning curve theory, and hours per unit or cost per unit.

Experience using SAP.

Experience creating and delivering presentations.

Experience with tableau dashboards.

Masters Degree in a related discipline.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
