This program consists of 3 TTO’s. The Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO is an end-to-end mission agnostic solution provider that designs, implements, integrates, and normalizes standard data formats, enables knowledge automation, and expands information sharing. DNA provides end to end enterprise capabilities that normalizes data once, reduces data loss, enables data consistency for automation, increases shared data sets for all customers, and improves corporate repositories data ingression.

We are seeking a forward thinking lead for our Knowledge Management Automation (KMA) team which falls within the DNA TTO.

This position will serve as the TKO lead for the Knowledge Management portion of the program working directly with the customer leadership. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with the customer leadership (management and technical) to shape the direction of the products and capabilities within the organization, work with external customers to understand and further define needs, work with and guide the contractor product leads understand schedule and milestones, and resolve issues and conflicts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and project leadership, strong communications skills, and be comfortable working in a customer environment.

Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related subject area from an accredited college or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience.

Or

• A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty four (24) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area).

Or

• A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related subject area (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.

Or

• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related subject area from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.

Forward thinking Systems Engineer who is
• familiar/experienced with cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• understands the Cybersecurity Directorate mission
• has experience with gathering, defining, refining, documenting, and allocating software system requirements
• has experience designing and documenting software system architectures
• has experience working directly with the customer and can reach out/make new customer relationships
