TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

The TKO program is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The successful candidate will be able to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. They will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.

In addition, candidate shall have:
• Working knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering.
• General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow.
Basic Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general systems engineering experience

OR

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

• A Master’s or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:
• Ability to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model.
• Have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture.
• Working knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering.
• General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow.
Desired Skills:
• Understand the structures and relationships in National to Tactical integration.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
