Sensor Tradecraft Optimization (STO) enables our organization to align with CSD priorities. STO is an end-to-end agnostic solution provider that analyzes sensor data, designs, and delivers automated solutions to optimize sensor collection. STO architects and engineer’s tradecraft threads to drive sensors to produce the highest value data and threat intelligences to improve the Nation’s cybersecurity posture.
STO requires Software engineers to support the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) initiative to support defense of our nation’s most critical unclassified and classified networks. The Mission Management team requires software engineers to perform integration and mission management. The candidate should have experience with Python, ELK, and Grafana and the ability to perform metrics and create dashboards
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Strong Understanding of developing data transformation pre-processors and data flow management leveraging NiagraFiles
Strong understanding of GOTS query and visualization tools
Working understanding of code and script (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc)
Strong experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure preferred)
Ability to translate business questions to technical specifications
Strong communication skills
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
