Our team supports a spectrum of agile software development projects and an integrated set of diverse infrastructure projects that employ cutting-edge virtualization and cyber security technologies. Our staff is comprised of a diverse set of junior, mid-level and senior engineers, who work together with the customer to solve some of the nation’s hardest problems.

CTS requires a Technical Lead for a high priority expert-systems integration tool development project. Tasks include customer requirements gathering and analysis, full stack development activities, incorporating customer specialized tools, developing and deploying within the corporate architecture. The candidate will provide technical leadership on a small team made up of subject matter experts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership on small to medium teams to deliver software products within the customer’s corporate infrastructure
• Experience implementing Agile software development processes and DevOps systems practices and tools
• Background in software design and systems engineering
• Experience working with projects that involved Data Science and high performance mathematics
• Detailed knowledge of NSA systems, data formats, processes and policies
• Experience interviewing and selecting candidates for multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated success working in dynamic, collaborative environments with shifting priorities
• Understanding of containerization and microservices based development
