Description:Candidate will possess the ability to work with a diverse and virtual team across multiple time zones and demonstrate exceptional level of social acumen and service oriented work style. This position has responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to IT Management to include working with customers and cross-organizational peers, validating procurement requirements, managing a high volume of ticket requests, and data management and other duties as assigned in supporting the requirements throughout Lockheed Martin.
Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of and Management principles and cycles for Infrastructure and the desktop environment. (HAM and/or SAM)
Demonstrated customer service and teaming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using basic MS Office Tools including Excel.
Experience working in an environment. Creating, managing and closing stories on a 2 week iterative basis.
Candidate must be able to work in a completely independent manner, be adaptable to change, and effectively manage conflicting priorities.
Desired Skills:
Understanding of tools and collaboration tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, Wordpress.
Knowledge of management/ITSM support tools such as Service Now, CMDB, SCCM and Snow
ITAM certifications such as CSAM, CHAMP, CITAD, etc.
Process oriented person with the ability to identify streamlining and automation opportunities and bring to closure.
or other workflow/process documentation experience.
and virtual tracking experience.
licensing/compliance principle knowledge.
Reporting experience using tools such as Sql, Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau to create data pivot tables, summaries and trending.
Ability to create and manage dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
Proven Service Now workflow and development experience.
