Description:This is an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position that will be located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

The HRBP must be able to handle a broad range of HR issues in a fast paced and changing environment. As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. HRBP will support the leadership teams as well as individual employees in accomplishing organization objectives and ensuring HR initiatives are communicated and completed in a timely manner.

The HRBP site Lead will be responsible for:
• Support of the overall business operations plan of the site
• Supporting the leadership team and employee base with HR services and Human Capital Initiatives
• Verifying and maintaining all legal, financial and governmental compliance for the site
• Serving as the single POC for Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) for overall site workforce management and providing onsite HR support
• Serving as the LM representative (with appropriate and approved coordination with other EIT functional organizations) to local PR government representatives such as unemployment, staffing, and other needs
• Ensuring compliance to company policies, procedures, and Employment standards for Puerto Rico and Lockheed Martin
• Performing other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with/or ability to learn Puerto Rico employment laws, and industry standards
•Human Resources Business Partner and/or Human Resources Generalist Experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated strong influencing, prioritization, and decision making/problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with clients
• Demonstrated ability to handle proprietary and confidential material appropriately
Desired Skills:
• Experience interfacing with local government organization as it pertains to employment regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to foster change and promote and implement improvement
• Proven business acumen
• Use metrics/analytics to drive performance
• Champion employee engagement, retention and diversity and inclusion
• Demonstrate successful management of multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
