VTC Operator

Description:This Lockheed Martin position supports the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Network Telecom Integration (NTI) South Voice/Video Services department located at the Ft. Worth Aeronautics location.

This position will support the Conferencing Services Team with specific focus to the following:

•Monitor videoconferences across all Lockheed Martin sites in the Command Center environment
•Coordinate large scale executive events working with Business Development, Communications, and other Lockheed Martin Business Areas
•Ability to interface with executive levels of management up to the CEO level
•Ability to interface with Domestic Government SPO personnel, high ranking Government officials, international Government high ranking officials and military personnel
•Ability to create metrics reporting documentation
•Ability to pull reports requested by management from TMS reporting system
•Ability to learn and execute first level troubleshooting methodologies
•Flexible schedules, and willing to work OT when required
•Ability to learn/work the Service Central system, monitor and close out tickets
•Responsible for communicating all business activities in an effective and timely manner to management and for maintaining professional conduct consistent with company policy and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to schedule Video Telecommunications Conference (VTC) meetings across multiple customers/sites using the Cisco Meeting Management / Tandberg Management Suite (TMS)
•Experience with configuring Cisco/Tandberg endpoints in TMS
•Experience with set-up of videoconference meetings performing audio and video quality checks via a Cisco VTC desktop unit
•Experience with testing/connecting to external VTC sites; military bases, vendors, as well as international locations.
•Demonstrated experience troubleshooting videoconferencing equipment (i.e., codecs, audio, cameras, bridge)
•Experience with logging in and manipulating equipment from the Cisco/ Tandberg multi point control unit (bridges)
•Demonstrated ability to perform VTC Next Gen upgrades by following written instructions
•Experience operating cameras and audio equipment during meetings
•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
