This position reports to F-35 Sustainment Quality leader and is responsible for integration, coordination, and problem resolution of supplied products that are suspect of intended use. The position will focus on process execution and administration; coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to issue, track, receive/document and report official closure of Quality Concern Notifications that include Product Quality Deficiency Reports, Notice of Escapes, and Product Recall Process (material survey) through the life-cycle until issue is contained and resolved.
Will utilize various methods to evaluate and initiate actions to identify and control sources detrimental to quality, cost, and schedule targets. Will coordinate root cause, corrective and preventive action investigations/ decisions/ validations, along with area improvement strategy and planning. Responsible and accountable for delivering effective methods and initiating improvements that will drive and improve overall quality performance reducing quality escapes to the field. Will collaborate with various functions to assure compliance and continuous improvement; this includes integration of core engineering, SQM, SCM, Production Aircraft/Material Survey Group, and R&M.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Professional experience in Quality Assurance.

Demonstrated ability to author Aero Codes, Process Instruction, and standard Operating procedures.

Demonstrated ability to collect and display large quantities of data and present to numerous levels of Sustainment QA Leadership

Demonstrated experience in active aircraft flight operations environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of LM Sustainment operations, policies and procedures in the areas of Supplier, Aircraft Parts, Aircraft Modifications, and Aircraft Depot operations.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Desired Skills:
Specific experience with the F-35 aircraft or other 5th generation platform.

High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals.

Communication experience in order to influence others in a concise, data driven manner.

Interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication, and presentations.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
