Our External Referral Program provides an opportunity for non-employees to receive a one-time $3,000 referral payment in exchange for the best and brightest talent. If your referral is hired on to any of our participating jobs listed on the Job List below, you will get paid! Plus, there is no limit to how many people you refer. We know, we’re excited too!
To participate in the program, you must be an individual with no affiliations to our business, at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. In order to receive the referral payment, you must complete a W-9 and any additional required forms. These will be sent to you by Lockheed Martin once your referral has started employment with Lockheed Martin.
