Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)
Our ELDP is designed to prepare you to compete to become a future technical leader at Lockheed Martin. During this 2 - 3 year program, you will complete 3 - 4 rotational assignments with the goal of exposing you to a variety of challenges, concepts and state-of-the-art technologies as well as coaching, mentoring and training by some of our best technical and business leaders.
The ELDP will help you develop a unique “big picture” perspective
of our company as a whole,
and the clear impact that innovative engineering
can have in our world.
Program highlights.
