Assistance Programs & Military Outreach
Below are a few of the ways we proudly demonstrate our appreciation by assisting with your career transition:
Hiring Our Heroes
Launched in March of 2011 by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Hiring our Heroes is a nationwide initiative designed to help veterans and military spouses find meaningful employment. We are a strategic partner and active participant in this growing program that reaches communities from coast to coast.
Through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce we are also a member of the Veterans Employment Advisory Council (VEAC). We are focused on advancing steps to increase the hiring of veterans and military spouses; establish best practices for veterans employment; provide mentors to help with military transitioning; and deliver military hiring assistance to small and medium-sized businesses across America.

Army Partnership for Youth Success Program (PaYS).
Our participation in PaYS is a way for those who serve our country to plan in advance to explore our private sector job opportunities. Under the program, civilian companies, as well as local government agencies, partner with the Army as potential future employers. During enlistment, new soldiers are given the opportunity to select a job with a PaYS partner. A Statement of Understanding is then signed and the PaYS employer-partner promises to interview the returning solider as long as he or she receives an honorable discharge, is otherwise qualified, and a job vacancy exists.
